Japonic Coffee Farm Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") appropriately handles the personal information of members of the Japonic Coffee Farm Aso's fractional ownership program (hereinafter referred to as "members"), including names, addresses, email addresses, and any other information that can identify specific individuals or personal identification codes (hereinafter referred to as "personal information").

１　Compliance with laws and regulations.

We, the company, comply with relevant laws and internal regulations regarding the protection of personal information in handling such information.

２　Purpose of Use

The company specifies the purpose of use for personal information, handles it within the necessary scope to achieve those purposes, and does not handle it beyond that scope. In cases where the purpose of use for specific personal information is separately restricted by laws or other regulations, the information will not be handled for purposes other than those specified. Please refer to Article 8 of the Fractional Ownership Agreement Terms for the purposes of using personal information at our company.

３　Collection of Personal Information

When obtaining personal information from members, our company informs them of the purpose of use and the relevant contact point within our organization. The information is acquired within the necessary scope for business purposes using fair and lawful means.

４　Proper Management of Personal Information

Our company takes measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc., to personal data (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Personal Information Protection Law). We strive to ensure the accuracy and currency of personal data within the necessary scope for the intended purpose and promptly delete it when no longer needed.

５　Restrictions on Third-Party Provision

Unless with the consent of the member or when required by laws and regulations, our company generally does not provide personal data to third parties. However, in cases where it is necessary to entrust the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, or when engaging in joint usage with specific individuals as separately specified, personal data may be provided to parties other than our company without obtaining the member's consent.

６　Handling of Sensitive Personal Information

Unless obtained with the prior consent of the individual or when required by laws and regulations, our company does not acquire sensitive personal information concerning members or others (information that requires particular consideration in handling to prevent unjust discrimination, prejudice, or other disadvantages towards the individual, including race, creed, social status, medical history, criminal record, facts causing harm due to crimes, etc.).

７　Supervision of Outsourced Entities

When our company entrusts the handling of personal data of members or others to third parties, we appropriately supervise the entrusted entities to ensure secure information management through the conclusion of contracts and other means.

８　Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.

Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of use of held personal data will be promptly addressed within a reasonable scope, except where otherwise specified by law.
